Create a citywide neighborhood beautification program to incentivize neighborhood engagement, pride, and small business investment.
Support creation of Dayton Police Department cadet program to support a diverse staffing pipeline into the department and give students the opportunity to stand up against crime in their city.
Prioritize community policing through implementation of geographic patrol beats to better address neighborhood safety complaints and problems.
Support continued demolition of dilapidated properties by advocating for additional demolition dollars at the state and federal level.

Develop and advance minority and women owned local businesses through dedicated loan funds, grants, and connecting entrepreneurs to a collective of technical assistance programs.
Connect young people with local careers by partnering with business and industry leaders, educators, and Dayton’s colleges and universities.

Follow through on City of Dayton’s Youth Action Plan by leading a cross sector steering committee dedicated to identifying ways to implement recommendations made by Dayton youth in priority areas like mental health, workforce development, education and more.
Develop an Opportunity Fund for Youth to support youth programs dedicated career pathway pilots and experiential learning opportunities.
Provide summer internships with the City of Dayton to introduce local youth to careers in local government.
